Associate Attorney

ROS Law Group, PLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing team. We are a Tennessee-based law firm representing clients in healthcare subrogation and reimbursement matters throughout the United States.

This position is ideal for an attorney with experience in—or a strong interest in—ERISA subrogation and healthcare reimbursement. The successful candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, written, and oral advocacy skills, professional phone and email etiquette, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in at least one state but licensure in multiple states is desirable.

We are looking for a motivated attorney who enjoys working collaboratively, takes initiative, and is committed to providing exceptional client service.

 

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
  • Interest in healthcare subrogation and ERISA reimbursement (experience preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensure in multiple states is a plus.
