Job description:

California Energy Initiative is growing our call floor and looking for people who can talk to people. As a Call Center Representative, you’ll set and confirm appointments by phone for our residential solar and battery storage sales team — the more dials, the more you earn. No experience required; we train you on the script, the systems, and the product. Morning, afternoon, or evening shifts — flexible scheduling built around class.

This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to advance into a Virtual Closer position from within our call floor.

What you’ll do:

   •    Make outbound calls to set assessments
   •    Follow up on leads from door knocks, tags, and web inquiries
   •    Answer inbound questions about the VPP/SGIP programs
   •    Log call notes and statuses in the CRM
   •    Hit daily call and appointment goals
   •    Keep field reps’ calendars full
