Luxury Brand and Content Marketing Intern

Confetti by Allison is seeking a creative, organized college student to help shape and elevate the digital presence of a boutique luxury event planning and design studio.

This internship is ideal for a student interested in marketing, branding, content creation, photography or design. You'll work directly with the founder to develop a cohesive content strategy, create engaging Instagram content, and help tell the story behind our events and brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Brainstorming and executing content ideas
• Creating Instagram Reels, posts, and Stories
• Editing short-form video using CapCut or similar tools
• Designing graphics in Canva
• Organizing photo and video assets
• Building and maintaining a content calendar
• Researching social media trends and best practices
• Attending select local events to capture behind-the-scenes content
• Tracking engagement and helping refine our strategy

We're looking for someone who has a strong eye for design, enjoys creating content, is highly organized, and is excited to learn. Experience with Instagram, Canva, CapCut, and short-form video editing is preferred but not required.

This is a flexible, part-time internship (approximately 10–15 hours per week), with most work completed remotely and occasional meetings or event days in Westchester County. A small hourly wage or weekly stipend is provided, and we're happy to work with your college if you're seeking internship credit.

This is an opportunity to help build and grow a luxury brand from the ground up while gaining real-world experience in branding, creative marketing, and event production.

Our goal is to build more than a social media presence—we're building a long-term luxury brand. By the end of the internship, you'll help establish a repeatable content strategy and posting system that Confetti by Allison can continue using long after the internship ends.

To apply, please include a brief introduction, your major and expected graduation year, and links to any creative work, social media accounts, design projects, photography, or video editing examples you'd like to share.
