Operations Leadership Intern
The Operations / Leadership Intern supports daily production and leadership activities within a manufacturing environment. This role provides exposure to frontline leadership, team coordination, and operational processes while developing communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. The Intern will work closely with managers, supervisors and team members to gain an understanding of how teams operate, how goals are achieved, and how leadership drives performance in a production setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program related to: Business Management, Operations, Manufacturing or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT background is a plus
- Interest in leadership and team development
- Ability to take initiative and learn in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Demonstrated interest in building a long‑term career in manufacturing, with a desire to grow, develop, and pursue future opportunities within the organization
- Interest in developing skills and gaining experience that support advancement into full‑time and leadership roles
