Orenda is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative to help us find and develop new client relationships.
This opportunity is designed for a recent graduate or graduating senior who wants hands-on business experience, direct mentorship, and the opportunity to build a career in sales.
You do not need previous promotional products experience or an existing list of clients. We will teach you the industry, products, suppliers, and sales process.
We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, communicate with businesses, stay persistent, and put in consistent effort.

Responsibilities
- Research potential clients
- Identify appropriate contacts within target companies
- Contact prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Introduce companies to Orenda’s services
- Schedule introductory sales meetings
- Keep detailed notes on conversations and next steps
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Maintain prospect and opportunity information in the CRM
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and training
- Assist with presentations, product recommendations, and proposals
- Meet weekly goals for calls, emails, conversations, meetings, and pipeline development

- Availability during normal Eastern Time business hours

First 90 Days
During your first three months, you will:
- Learn Orenda’s products and services
- Learn how to identify strong prospects
- Practice phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build your initial prospect list
- Begin contacting businesses
- Schedule sales conversations
- Build an organized pipeline
- Receive coaching and feedback
- Begin developing new client opportunities
