UGC Content Creator
- Disclaimer: We are looking for eager people, receptive to feedback from experienced creator coaches, who keep trying and improving.
No UGC experience necessary (although is a plus), but good work ethic, basic lighting/sound quality, and ability to learn quickly are a MUST. Our permanent creators consistently hit bonuses and tend to stick around long-term.
Pay: $20 per original video, posted on separately-created IG and TT accounts for our campaign. Bonuses start at $10 for 10k views, up to $1.5k per video.
- About the Role
We're looking for a creative UGC creator to help grow ALTA's presence on TikTok and Instagram. ALTA is a free AI personal stylist app — upload your closet, and it tells you exactly what to wear based on your style, the weather, and the occasion.
- What You'll Do
- Create and warm up a new dedicated IG and TT account
- Post 5 videos/week minimum (7 ideally) across TikTok and Instagram
- Replicate ALTA's existing video library and scripts — no need to come up with your own ideas
2. What We're Looking For
- Basic lighting/sound know-how and camera positioning for different angles
- Ability to replicate proven video concepts to the T — same angle, talking style, editing, quality
- Natural storyteller (can make a "my bf made this app for me" sound real)
- Consistent — if 5/week isn't happening, this isn't the role
- Receptive to feedback, eager to improve
- Organized enough to spend 20 mins daily keeping accounts warm
