At Weather, we partner with nonprofit organizations and brands to run face-to-face campaigns, community events, and fundraising initiatives throughout NYC.

What You'll Do

• Represent campaigns at live events, pop-ups, and community activations
• Engage directly with the public and build support for meaningful causes
• Develop sales, communication, and public speaking skills through hands-on training
• Work with a team to achieve campaign goals and earn performance-based bonuses

• Strong communication skills
• Full-time availability
• Comfortable speaking with new people
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and goal-oriented
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
