What You’ll Do

Support the marketing team in:

  • Researching artists, market trends, and emerging genre & platform data
     
  • Ideating and scripting short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
     
  • Creating or aiding content assets — graphics, video edits, animations, copywriting
     
  • Feeding into social calendars, newsletters, and campaign timelines
     
  • Participating in creative brainstorm sessions on campaign concepts
     
  • Curating and editing artist photography and visual content

     

What You Bring

  • A passion for music and deep curiosity about Nashville artists and trends
     
  • Strong understanding of how platforms like TikTok, IG, FB, YouTube, Reddit, etc. shape artist careers
     
  • Confidence in pitching ideas and collaborating with teams and creatives
     
  • Experience (or eagerness to learn) with Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
     
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage your time effectively
     
  • Basic copywriting or caption-writing ability for social media and newsletters
