Primary Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Strategy Officer and BFC leadership in executing strategic initiatives and high-priority projects
- Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support business planning
- Analyze and improve current processes, systems, and strategic workflows
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend evaluations
- Identify, research, and help implement innovative solutions to business challenges
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring strategic progress
- Provide a fresh, analytical perspective on existing processes and business strategies
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for executive leadership
- Ensure strategic and financial processes are well-documented and organized
- Assist with various management and cross-functional projects as needed
Required Skills & Characteristics
- Driven, versatile, and highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of business and financial principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
