Sales & Marketing Manager

Highline Mgmt Team is looking for a focused, personable, and highly organized Marketing And Sales Internship to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact between our company and potential or existing customers. You’ll play a vital role in increasing brand awareness, building trust, and generating leads for our sales and service teams.

Marketing And Sales Internship Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate direct contact with potential customers in various settings including face-to-face .
  • Educate customers about our products, services, and current promotions
  • Serve as a brand ambassador—building positive first impressions and long-lasting relationships
  • Gather and document customer information accurately in our CRM system
  • Answer basic questions, schedule follow-ups, and connect customers to the appropriate internal departments
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support outreach campaigns
  • Track outreach results, customer feedback, and common trends to help optimize our approach
  • Represent the company at local events, expos, or networking functions when needed


 

Marketing And Sales Internship Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, marketing, sales, or outreach roles (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, approachable, and confident when engaging with people
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to travel locally for community outreach or marketing events
