About Us

805 Links is a fast-growing airport transportation startup focused on delivering reliable, professional, and relationship-driven shuttle services between Ventura County and LAX. We are building a scalable transportation business from the ground up and are looking for a motivated intern to work directly with leadership on operations and growth strategy.

About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience inside an early-stage startup. You will work closely with leadership on day-to-day logistics, operations coordination, and business growth initiatives.

This is not a passive or observational internship—you will be involved in real decision-making, problem-solving, and execution.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Assisting with daily route and driver logistics coordination
• Supporting scheduling, booking flow, and operational efficiency
• Analyzing business performance (bookings, revenue, utilization)
• Researching growth strategies, partnerships, and competitors
• Helping improve systems, processes, and workflows
• Supporting marketing and customer experience initiatives
• Contributing ideas directly to leadership on scaling the business

What You’ll Learn

• How to operate and scale a transportation/logistics business
• Real startup decision-making and strategy execution
• KPI tracking, financial awareness, and operational efficiency
• Customer experience and service-based business models
• Exposure to tools like scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards

Ideal Candidate

• Currently studying or recently graduated in:

  • Transportation / Logistics
  • Economics
  • Entrepreneurship or related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Compensation

This is a paid internship, and offers:
