Bradish Associates is looking for a bright, dependable person to join our Commercial Insurance team.

We are a family-owned independent insurance agency that has served businesses and families throughout Chicagoland for more than 35 years. We are continuing to grow and want to add someone who is interested in learning a stable, respected profession and becoming an important part of our team.

No prior insurance experience is required. We are prepared to train the right person. What matters most to us is character, judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and a genuine desire to help people.

What You Will Do

You will work alongside experienced insurance professionals to help local businesses protect their property, employees, vehicles, and operations. As you learn the business, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering questions and assisting clients with their insurance needs
• Communicating with insurance companies and agency team members
• Helping process policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing questions, and other service requests
• Gathering information for insurance applications and renewals
• Reviewing documents to make sure information is accurate
• Keeping client records and follow-up items organized
• Learning how commercial insurance works and how to identify potential coverage concerns
• Building trusted, long-term relationships with clients

This is not a call-center position. You will get to know our clients, understand their businesses, and help solve real problems.

A bachelor’s degree is helpful, but we are more interested in the person than a particular major. Experience in business, customer service, administration, finance, sales, or communications may be helpful but is not required.
