Position Summary
Peltier Melzer Marketing Inc. is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Sales & Client Relations Representative in Dublin, Ohio.
In this role, you'll meet customers face-to-face in retail and event settings, introduce them to innovative products and services, answer questions, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. No prior sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching designed to help you succeed from day one.
Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognized brands in retail stores and event venues.
- Build rapport with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions.
- Demonstrate products and explain features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Guide customers through the enrollment or purchasing process.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial conversation through completion.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records using company systems.
- Participate in daily training, team meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with teammates to execute successful marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
