Join our dynamic real estate brokerage team as a Video Production, Photography & Content Creation Intern! This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to dive into the world of visual content creation from concept to completion and gain practical experience producing professional video, photography, and digital content across a variety of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Video Production & Photography: Lead the production team in shooting, editing, and assembling video content while capturing professional listing photography and agent headshots. Learn the ins and outs of camera operation, lighting, sound, composition, and post-production.
• Content Creation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop creative ideas for video and photo projects. Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and creating engaging visual content.
• Editing and Post-Production: Use industry-standard software to edit raw footage, enhance and retouch photos, add graphics, sound effects, and music, and ensure polished final products.
• Research and Development: Stay updated with current trends in photography, video content, and social media to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
• Project Management: Help organize and manage photography and video projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Branding: Assist in the development and maintenance of personal branding while ensuring all photo and video content aligns with company brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in photography, video production, and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut Pro, Adobe and Microsoft Suites).
• Familiarity with camera operation, audio, lighting equipment, and production techniques is required.
• Familiarity with capturing professional real estate photography, headshots, and b-roll for videos.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail and composition.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of how to maintain brand guidelines.
