Job Overview

Donn Gerelli Associates Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and client-focused Client Solutions Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone interested in building a long-term career helping individuals and businesses navigate risk, protect what matters most, and make informed insurance decisions.

As a Client Solutions Associate, you will work closely with clients and insurance carriers to identify coverage solutions, support policy management, and deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll develop expertise in insurance products, risk assessment, and relationship management — supporting daily agency operations along the way — while building the foundation for increased client responsibility and career growth within the agency.

 

Duties

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects
  • Guide clients through coverage options and policy decisions
  • Support risk and coverage reviews to identify appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to advocate for client needs
  • Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and account servicing activities
  • Support remarketing efforts by obtaining and comparing carrier quotes
  • Deliver responsive, proactive client service and support
  • Maintain accurate client and policy records in agency management systems

 

This role is designed for individuals seeking to develop into trusted insurance professionals with increasing responsibility for client relationships, specialized insurance expertise, and portfolio growth. Property & Casualty licensing opportunity available for qualified employees.

 

Qualifications

 

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, client-focused attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to commute to Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520

 

Preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, hospitality, retail, office administration, or other client-facing roles
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills
  • Experience working in a professional office environment
  • Interest in risk management, insurance, business, or financial services
  • Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading
