As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and analytical Product & Support Operations Associate to help strengthen our user experience, partner support systems, and operational scalability.

What You'll Do

As a Product Operations Associate Intern, you'll support ChargerGoGo's daily operations by managing support tickets, assisting Distribution Partners (DPs) and Venue Operators (VOs), and helping ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
 

Support Operations

• Manage and follow up on support tickets until resolution.
• Communicate with DPs and VOs by phone and email to troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational, hardware, software, and account-related issues.
• Monitor ticket progress and prioritize urgent requests.
• Help maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.

What We're Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable learning new software and business tools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bonus Points

• Experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Monday.com or other project management software.
• Interest in technology, AI, startups, or customer operations.
