Position Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Intern to support our sales team in developing and nurturing relationships with government and municipal clients. This internship offers hands-on experience in government sales, prospect research, client communication, and the sales process—all critical skills in the B2B market. You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals and gain practical insights into how to identify, pitch, and close deals in the public sector. 

Key Responsibilities 

Support outbound prospecting efforts targeting municipalities, police departments, and government agencies 

Research and compile prospect lists, including contact information and decision-maker details 

Draft and send personalized follow-up emails and outreach messages under sales team direction 

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with contact information and interaction notes 

Prepare sales materials, quotes, and presentation decks for client meetings 

Assist with trade show and industry event logistics and follow-up 

Learn about Radarsign products and their applications in traffic safety and municipal infrastructure 

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communications 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate (preferred majors: Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications) 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities 

Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite 

Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative and work independently 

Interest in sales, government contracting, or B2B business models 

Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks 

Professional demeanor and ability to represent Radarsign to clients

Duration and Location
