We specialize in high-performance boardshorts and coastal apparel built for the water. We are a fast-growing e-commerce business looking for an enthusiastic, multi-talented student to work directly with our CEO and help take our brand to the next level.

The Role

Are you a photography student or a creative mind looking to get real-world, hands-on experience running an e-commerce brand? We are looking for a CEO’s Assistant & Creative Intern to join us in Carlsbad.

This is a dynamic, hybrid-style role where no two days are the same. You will work side-by-side with our CEO, helping manage day-to-day operations while assisting with product photography. If you want to build a stellar portfolio, learn the ins and outs of digital marketing, and understand how an ecommerce fashion brand operates, this is the perfect gig for you.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Creative & Photography:

Directly assist with and shoot new products.

Create lifestyle, product, and social media-friendly photography.

Help brainstorm and curate content for our social media channels.

E-Commerce & Operations:

Assist with inventory management and organizing new stock.

Help package and fulfill e-commerce customer orders.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative and organizing support to the CEO.

Help keep the office/warehouse space organized and running smoothly.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

The Creative Eye: You are currently studying photography, or you have a strong, demonstrable portfolio of lifestyle/product photography. (Please include a link to your portfolio or Instagram grid!).

E-Commerce Enthusiast: You have an interest in digital marketing, Shopify, social media, and how direct-to-consumer brands grow.

Organized & Proactive: You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to pack orders, count inventory, and keep things structured. You're a self-starter who gets things done.

Local & Flexible: You are based in or near Carlsbad, CA, and have reliable transportation.

Positive Vibes: You love the active, outdoor/surf lifestyle and bring high energy to the team.
