Better Draft is a screenwriting studio on the web. Writers draft their scripts in it, and an AI partner named Penn reads along and leaves real notes in the margins. Penn never writes the script. That rule is the whole company.

We are a small, fast-moving product with paying writers and a daily content engine that already drafts posts. What it does not have is a person. That is the job.

What you would do (5 to 10 hours a week):
- Own the daily posting rhythm on TikTok, Instagram, and X. Our content desk drafts material every morning; you pick what is worth posting, make it sound human, and post it.
- Reply to comments and DMs in the brand voice: warm, honest, a little dry. Writers can smell marketing from a mile away, so we do not do marketing voice.
- Watch what pulls. Tell us weekly what worked, what flopped, and what you would try next. We will actually try it.
- Optional but valued: short-form video. If you can talk to a camera about writing for 30 seconds, you will get a lot of room here.

Who this fits:
- You watch screenwriting or filmmaker content on your own time and know the difference between a post writers save and a post they scroll past.
- You can write a hook. One sentence that stops a thumb.
- Student or early-career is perfect. Film, writing, or marketing background helps but a good feed instinct beats a resume.

Pay: 500 per month, remote, flexible hours. You would work directly with the founder.

How to apply, and please do exactly this:
Email Hello@betterdraft.io with:
1. Two social accounts (any brand or creator) whose feed you would steal from, and one sentence each on why.
2. One hook, one sentence, for this prompt: "Nobody quits in act one."
That is the whole application. No cover letter.
