Executive Assistant to Founder

Operations, Growth & Strategic Support

Overview - This is a part time 5-10 per week. Could lead to full time. Perfect for students in school for business degree/business management.

We are seeking a confident, sharp, and entrepreneurial Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder in supporting daily operations, driving new business, and helping execute growth initiatives.

This is not a passive administrative role. This position requires someone with a strong mindset, high standards, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. You will serve as the founder’s right hand — helping turn ideas into execution and ensuring the business runs efficiently and aggressively toward growth.

For the right person, the upside and exposure are significant.

ResponsibilitiesFounder Support & Execution

  • Manage priorities, calendar, and high-level communications
  • Anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategic materials
  • Ensure follow-through on key initiatives and decisions

Operations & Accountability

  • Support daily operations and improve internal systems
  • Track projects, deadlines, and performance metrics
  • Drive accountability and ensure commitments are executed
  • Solve problems quickly and proactively

Business Development & Growth

  • Assist with new business outreach and partnerships
  • Support client relations and follow-ups
  • Help develop pitch materials and growth strategies
  • Identify opportunities to expand the brand and increase revenue
