Chief Operations Officer

Responsible for operations, HR, administration, bookkeeping, scheduling and procurement, you’ll keep the wheels turning smoothly, (a lot of) people in line and entropy at bay. Vital traits include unflappability, meticulous attention to detail, resourcefulness, orderliness, an eye for efficiency and a penchant for multitasking.
This role could be a strong fit if you are excited by challenges like:

• Setting up operational processes from scratch.
• Establishing and running operations centers, domestically and abroad - fluency in Spanish and experience conducting business in dissimilar cultures are appreciated.
• Creating and running hiring processes that help us identify, evaluate and close strong candidates.
• Managing the acquisition, sourcing and logistics of physical hardware.
• Setting up workshops, physical spaces or production environments.
• Creating systems that help a fast-moving technical team operate with clarity and speed.
• Taking broad, messy problems and turning them into structured execution plans.
