Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
Your main mission is simple: Get our products seen and bring in new team accounts. You will achieve this by owning our digital presence across all brands.
 

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Launch aggressive, targeted marketing pushes aligned with sports seasons, tournament calendars, and peak event months.
     
  • Content Creation: Film, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, static posts) showcasing our custom gear, behind-the-scenes production, and happy clients.
     
  • Lead Generation & Outbound Pushes: Develop creative campaigns specifically targeted at attracting athletic directors, coaches, club teams, and corporate event coordinators.
     
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the daily presence of Dynasty Custom, Lacrossewear, and Custom Tent Covers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
     
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with teams, athletes, and influencers online. Slide into the DMs of prospective teams with high-value pitches and build brand loyalty.
     
  • Email Marketing: Design and deploy high-converting email newsletters to our existing database and cold-outreach lists to announce new product drops and team store openings.
