About the Program

Spartan Developments is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join our Entry-Level Business Leadership Program. This opportunity is designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition, team performance, and leadership.

Participants begin by learning the fundamentals of our business through direct, hands-on experience. As skills and performance develop, individuals may take on additional responsibilities in areas such as team support, training, performance development, and leadership.

No prior leadership or sales experience is required. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship.

What You’ll Learn & Do

  • Develop professional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Gain hands-on experience in business-to-business sales and customer acquisition
  • Learn how to identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
  • Support business growth and territory development initiatives
  • Build skills in sales strategy, goal setting, and performance management
  • Participate in ongoing business and leadership development training
  • Learn team development, coaching, and professional accountability
  • Work alongside experienced leaders and receive ongoing mentorship
  • Track performance goals and contribute to team objectives
  • Take on increased leadership responsibilities based on performance, readiness, and business needs

No prior experience is required. Training is provided.
