Entry-Level Business & Sales Management

Spartan Developments is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team in an Entry-Level Business & Sales Management role. This opportunity is designed for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in business development, sales, customer acquisition, team leadership, and management development.

No prior management or sales experience is required. Selected candidates receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and direct mentorship while developing practical business and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Build professional relationships with prospective business customers
  • Conduct face-to-face sales and business development conversations
  • Identify customer needs and present relevant product and service solutions
  • Support customer acquisition and territory growth initiatives
  • Develop skills in sales strategy, communication, negotiation, and account development
  • Track individual performance goals and customer interactions
  • Participate in ongoing business, sales, and leadership training
  • Work alongside experienced team leaders to learn performance management and team development
  • Support new team members as leadership responsibilities are earned
  • Contribute to company growth and market expansion initiatives
