Family Law Paralegal

Clark Lowery & Lumpkin, LLC is a litigation-based family law firm committed to compassionate, client-focused representation in divorce, custody, and support matters. We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines

Assist attorneys with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Track and meet a billable requirement of 30 hours per week with case management software

Qualifications:

2+ years of family law experience preferred

Strong knowledge of Georgia family law and court procedures

Excellent organization, writing, and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dropbox, and legal software (e.g., Practice Panther, My Case)

Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits:

$25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
