What You'll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll represent nationally recognized Fortune 500 clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns in retail environments while developing valuable business and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Execute in-store marketing campaigns for nationally recognized brands.
Engage with customers to educate them on products, services, and current promotions.
Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service.
Learn and apply proven marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with teammates to achieve campaign goals.
Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Coachable with a strong work ethic.
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
