We're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and want to help creators discover opportunities within our agency.

Position Overview

As a Creator Recruitment Specialist, you will identify, connect with, and introduce TikTok creators to MoneyMakers Agency. You'll educate prospective creators about our agency, answer questions, guide them through the application process, and help them begin their creator journey.

No recruiting experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential TikTok creators who may be a good fit for the agency
• Reach out to creators through approved communication channels
• Explain the benefits of joining MoneyMakers Agency
• Answer questions professionally and accurately
• Schedule onboarding calls or direct qualified creators to the onboarding process
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective creators
• Keep organized records of outreach and follow-ups
• Collaborate with agency managers and leadership

Recruiting, customer service, sales, or social media experience is a plus, but not required.
