Veterans Roofing
Compensation: $70,000 – $115,000 annually based on experience
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Marketing Director to own and lead the entire marketing function at Veterans Roofing. This is a hands-on leadership role — responsible for strategy, execution, accountability, and continuous improvement across every marketing initiative. We’re not looking for someone who manages from a distance. We need a leader who protects and grows an established brand, elevates the team, and ensures every marketing effort directly serves the growth of this company.
Veterans Roofing has a defined brand, a clear mission, and an established identity. The Marketing Director’s job is to execute at a high level, maintain brand consistency, and drive measurable results — not reinvent who we are.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll own
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Veterans Roofing in alignment with company goals and brand standards.
Lead and manage the internal marketing team — set clear expectations, build accountability, and develop people.
Protect and grow the Veterans Roofing brand — ensuring every piece of content, every event, and every campaign reflects who we are and what we stand for.
Oversee photography, videography, and content production to ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all platforms.
Direct social media strategy and publishing across all company platforms.
Manage community events, trade shows, recruiting events, sponsorships, and brand-building initiatives.
Oversee production and distribution of branded merchandise through the company’s in-house screen printing and embroidery operations.
Build repeatable marketing systems and processes that improve efficiency and scalability.
Track key performance indicators, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
Work closely with leadership to align marketing with recruiting, sales, production, and long-term business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
What it takes
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience including leadership or team management.
Leadership: Proven ability to build, coach, and manage creative and operational marketing teams.
Strategy: Demonstrated experience executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive measurable business results within an established brand framework.
Brand stewardship: Deep respect for an existing brand identity — you protect it, you grow it, and you never compromise it.
Organization: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ownership: Self-directed with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute without micromanagement.
Analytics: Comfortable measuring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
Technology: Familiarity with social media platforms, CRM systems, design workflows, and marketing software.
