Our client, a growing insurance and financial services organization, is seeking a Marketing Brand Ambassador to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys community involvement, digital marketing, content creation, and generating new business opportunities. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding brand awareness, building referral relationships, and supporting company growth.

Marketing Brand Ambassador
We're looking for an energetic, people-first Marketing Brand Ambassador to help grow our brand presence and generate new business opportunities. We’re looking for someone who’s community-minded, adaptable, and excited to take on a variety of responsibilities as our team grows. In this role, you will blend marketing, event coordination, social media content creation, and business development to make a meaningful impact on the company. This position reports directly to the Owner.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and develop new business relationships through networking, community involvement, and lead generation efforts, with the opportunity to earn commission on converted leads
- Represent the company at chamber events, networking functions, and community gatherings to build brand awareness and drive business growth
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local events including tent setup/breakdown, swag bag prep, laptop setup, and on-site logistics
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and expand the referral network
- Answer inquiries efficiently and professionally with a confident, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- Coordinate meetings and activities including preparing agendas, handouts, and supporting documents
- Provide digital marketing support including social content creation, email marketing efforts, and campaign support
- Build and maintain relationships with local business contacts and community organizations
- Support follow-up efforts on marketing-generated leads
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Comfortable attending networking and community events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional demeanor
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission opportunities for qualified leads generated and/or converted business
