Marketing Coordinator

Listing & Campaign Marketing

  • Lead end-to-end marketing execution for residential listings from launch through promotion 
  • Develop and deploy integrated campaigns across MLS, email, social media, paid ads, and property websites 
  • Ensure listings are positioned for maximum exposure, engagement, and lead generation

Content & Creative Execution

  • Create and coordinate marketing assets including listing presentations, brochures, social content, email campaigns, and digital ads
  • Write and edit compelling property and agent-facing copy 
  • Partner with designers, photographers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative under tight deadlines

Agent Branding & Company Marketing

  • Support agent branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
  • Assist with campaigns for open houses, events, new developments, and company promotions
  • Help elevate overall brand presence across all channels


 

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day execution of social media content across company and agent channels
  • Create and schedule engaging content for listings, agent branding, open houses, and company updates
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across platforms 
  • Monitor engagement and performance, optimizing content to improve reach and lead generation 
  • Stay current on social media trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content   relevant and competitive


 

Website Maintenance & Digital Presence

  • Manage and update company and property websites to ensure listings are accurate, current, and visually compelling 
  • Maintain property pages, landing pages, and featured listing content 
  • Coordinate with vendors or developers as needed for site updates, fixes, and performance improvements 
  • Ensure strong user experience and brand consistency across all web properties


 

Operations & Optimization

  • Manage marketing workflows including CRM updates, asset tracking, and campaign scheduling 
  • Coordinate across agents, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving quickly 
  • Stay current on real estate marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve performance and efficiency
