Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:
- Capture and manage procedure videos and photos for social media distribution, patient education, and referring doctor communication.
- Maintain website content.
- Create and manage collateral.
Social Media Engagement and Reputation Management:
- Respond to comments and messages with compassion, urgency, and professionalism.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation across platforms.
- Build and grow relationships with influencers in the beauty and medical industries.
Newsletter:
- Create and send our monthly patient newsletter to our 30,000 patient database.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track performance metrics, ROI, and share actionable insights with management.
- Use data to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
Collaboration and External Experts:
- Collaborate with our experienced management team on strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with our phsyicians and PA's on Social Media content.
- Collaborate with our digital marketing / advertisement vendor
- Collaborate with our SEO vendor
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
- Degree in marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.), content creation tools (CapCut, Canva), and SEO best practices.
- Basic photography and videography skills
Personal Qualities:
- Keen sense of aesthetics and style that resonates with a luxury, aspirational audience.
- Passionate about health and beauty industry.
- Enthusiasm for capturing content from our medical providers.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing past campaigns, creative content, and measurable results.
