Remote Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, verify, and update information in company databases. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and correct errors.
  • Update and maintain electronic records.
  • Organize and scan documents as needed.
  • Generate basic reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Protect confidential information and follow company policies.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not always required.
  • Typing speed of 40–60+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM or database software.
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and data management.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
