Job Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
• Review information for errors and make corrections when needed.
• Maintain electronic and paper records.
• Organize and file documents.
• Assist with basic administrative and office tasks.
• Communicate with team members regarding data and record updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn—training is provided.
• Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required.
