Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
- Review information for errors and make corrections when needed.
- Maintain electronic and paper records.
- Organize and file documents.
- Assist with basic administrative and office tasks.
- Communicate with team members regarding data and record updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn—training is provided.
- Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required.
