Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing records, supporting staff, and assisting with general office and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate is efficient, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations and office activities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for teams or managers.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, correspondence, and internal documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and records (digital and/or physical).
- Support onboarding of new employees and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Organize meetings, including agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications
