Client Success Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Coordinator to support client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the client lifecycle. This role is responsible for onboarding clients, maintaining regular communication, tracking account activity, and coordinating internal support to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients during onboarding and ongoing support.
- Guide new clients through onboarding processes, training, and implementation steps.
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Track client accounts, usage, and satisfaction using CRM or client success platforms.
- Identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues or provide solutions.
- Monitor client engagement and proactively address risks of churn or dissatisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
