Customer Contact Specialist

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Contact Specialist to serve as the primary point of communication between the company and its customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service quality.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policy changes.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
  • Call center or contact center experience.
  • Ability to multitask across phone, email, and chat systems.
  • Strong empathy and customer-first mindset
