Outbound Sales Intern

Fenix Commerce is a SaaS company founded by e-commerce industry veterans on a mission to help retailers compete with the likes of Amazon on delivery experience. Our platform gives retailers accurate pre-purchase estimated delivery dates, multi-carrier parcel management, and post-purchase tracking — reducing shipping costs while driving conversion.

About the Role We're looking for an Outbound Sales Intern to join our Go-to-Market team and help build and execute the outbound prospecting motions that fuel our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to identify target accounts, craft outreach, and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. 

Key Responsibilities • Research and build targeted prospect lists of retail and e-commerce decision-makers • Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns to generate qualified leads • Partner with Sales and Marketing to test and refine messaging and targeting • Log activity and track pipeline metrics in the CRM • Support account research and call preparation for Account Executives 

What We're Looking For • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated • Prior sales, SDR, or customer-facing internship experience is a plus • Familiarity with CRM/sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach) is a plus
