Recruiting Coordinator
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, maintaining applicant records, and assisting recruiters and hiring managers. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills and is committed to delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, hiring timelines, and next steps.
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports on hiring activities.
- Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and virtual hiring events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS or recruiting software (such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS).
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
