We are seeking qualified and motivated Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and Accountant Tax Officers to join our finance team. Position Summary

The CPA / Accountant Tax Officer will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, excellent attention to detail, and experience handling corporate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Tax Management

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Analyze tax liabilities and recommend tax-saving strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations affecting the business.

Audit & Compliance

• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulations.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation for management.

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor company expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist leadership with strategic financial decisions and reporting.

Qualifications

CPA Position

• Active CPA license preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting, finance, or audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Manufacturing or industrial accounting experience is a plus.

Accountant Tax Officer Position

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting and tax experience.
• Experience preparing business tax returns and financial reports.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
