Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
A Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing professional front-office support and administrative assistance to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff while handling a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Support office staff with administrative and customer service tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
