Prominent NYC insurance defense firm is seeking a No-Fault Paralegal with experience with Modria responses, settlement offers, preparation of Arbitration responses and calculation of settlement figures, including attorneys' fees and interest. Experience with preparation of Answers and other pleadings in Civil actions a plus. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN NY NO-FAULT LAW.
