Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, dependable Office Operations Assistant to join our team. In this multi-faceted entry-level role, you will be the core support system for our daily business activities. Your time will be shared between managing digital data entry and handling essential administrative tasks to keep our workplace running smoothly.
No prior experience is required—we are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills. We will provide full training on all of our internal systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Records Management: Input customer information, invoices, and daily logs into our database with high accuracy; review entries to catch and correct mistakes.
Office Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general email inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members.
Clerical Support: Help draft basic emails, scan physical documents, organize digital files, and assist with printing or copying needs.
Front Desk & Mail Duties: Greet occasional visitors, sort incoming mail, and prepare outgoing packages or shipments.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office and breakroom supply levels and assist with reordering when stock is low.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Typing Skills: Standard typing ability (30–35 WPM) with a primary focus on accuracy and neatness.
Computer Basics: Comfortable using desktop computers, navigating internet browsers, and utilizing basic tools like Microsoft Excel/Word or Google Sheets/Docs.
Organization: Ability to balance multiple small tasks (like pausing a data entry task to answer the phone) without losing focus.
Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with coworkers, clients, or visitors.
Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
