Job Title

Bilingual Sales & Marketing assistant (Chinese Market – Travel Industry)

 

Location: Alhambra, CA (On-site only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Pay: $20–$25/hour
Start: Immediate Opening
Work Authorization: F1 OPT accepted. H1B sponsorship available after 1 year for high performers.

 

About Us

We are a travel agency specializing in international group tours for the Chinese-speaking market in North America. We are hiring a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Sales & Marketing Trainee to support sales, operations, and marketing functions. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support customer inquiries in Mandarin and English
  • Assist with travel quotations and itinerary preparation
  • Help manage bookings and coordinate with internal teams
  • Support sales follow-up and client communication
  • Assist with basic marketing content and email campaigns
  • Learn travel product structure, pricing, and sales process

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or graduating soon)
  • Preferred majors: Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Media, or Design
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
  • Willing to learn and work in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Must work on-site in Alhambra, CA
