Position Summary
As an Entry-Level Social Media Handler, you will be the voice of Omni Media Partners and our collaborative projects across primary digital channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. This role is perfect for a creative digital native who loves storytelling, keeping up with online trends, and engaging with digital communities. You will work closely with our Marketing Coordinator to execute the content calendar, monitor community channels, and help elevate our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Execution & Publishing: Schedule, format, and publish daily posts across multiple social media platforms, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and specific formatting styles.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions. Respond to queries in a timely, helpful, and brand-appropriate manner to build a vibrant community.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral sounds, platform updates, and industry news to suggest fresh content ideas.
Asset Creation Support: Assist in drafting compelling captions, basic graphic layout preparation (using tools like Canva), and short-form video assembly (CapCut/TikTok/Reels).
Performance Review: Track basic engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, follower growth) and compile standard weekly updates for review.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0–1 years of experience managing social media profiles (personal, academic, internship, or freelance accounts all qualify).
Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts interfaces, features, and algorithms.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with an eye for grammar, tone, and online etiquette.
Tools: Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools. Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) is a strong plus.
Remote Competency: Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing time effectively in an independent, remote working environment.
