Position Overview
CREEPER DEFEATER® LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support customers, resolve issues, and help deliver an excellent overall customer experience. The Customer Success Manager will take ownership of customer communication, issue resolution, support workflows, and customer experience improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in helping customers feel heard, supported, and confident in their purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails, messages, and support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Help customers with product questions, setup guidance, troubleshooting, and usage recommendations
- Support warranty, replacement, return, cancellation, and subscription-related workflows
- Clearly explain company policies while maintaining a helpful and respectful tone
Resolve customer issues professionally and document important details accurately - Escalate unusual, sensitive, or complex situations when needed
- Use AI platforms and internal tools to improve response quality, organize information, support troubleshooting, and optimize customer communication workflows
- Identify common customer issues, questions, or pain points and help recommend improvements
- Represent the company in a positive, professional, and brand-aligned manner
Help strengthen the overall customer experience before, during, and after purchase
