Retail Sales Support

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Support team member to help create an exceptional shopping experience. In this role, you'll support daily store operations, assist customers, and work alongside the sales team to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and questions.
• Support the sales team by maintaining an organized and well-stocked sales floor.
• Replenish merchandise and ensure product displays are clean and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock organization.
• Help receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
