Brand Manager

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic social media initiatives for a portfolio of clients while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey. This role combines account management, brand strategy, content planning, and project coordination to ensure every client receives exceptional service and measurable results.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, creative, and passionate about branding and marketing. They can confidently communicate with clients, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies aligned with each client’s business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Lead monthly content planning and campaign development.
  • Coordinate and attend on-site content production sessions across New York City.
  • Prepare creative briefs for photographers, videographers, and editors.
  • Review content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with each client’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging, high-performing content.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide strategic recommendations based on analytics.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Maintain organized project timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client results and contribute to agency growth through innovative ideas and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, account management, or social media.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Familiarity with content planning tools and project management platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel to client locations throughout New York City.
