Remote Vacation Sales Coordinator
72 and Sunny Travel is seeking motivated, professional, and travel-minded individuals interested in learning how to promote, sell, and coordinate vacation experiences for clients.
This is a remote, commission-based travel sales opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service, communication, organization, and helping people plan memorable vacations. As a Remote Vacation Sales Coordinator, you will assist clients with vacation options such as cruises, theme park trips, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, honeymoons, destination weddings, group travel, and customized leisure travel experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in travel, hospitality, tourism, sales, marketing, or client service. Prior travel industry experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities may include:
- Researching vacation options based on client interests, travel dates, budgets, and destination goals
- Communicating with potential clients by phone, email, text, or virtual meeting
- Preparing vacation quotes and helping clients compare available options
- Following up with leads and prospective clients in a professional and timely manner
- Promoting travel planning services through personal networking, referrals, social media, and approved marketing methods
- Learning supplier systems for cruise lines, resorts, theme parks, tour companies, and destinations
- Completing travel supplier trainings and certification opportunities
- Supporting clients through the vacation sales and booking process
- Building travel industry knowledge and developing client service skills
Ideal candidates will have:
