AR Building Services is seeking a motivated recent college graduate or current graduate student pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field to join our team as a Full-Time Concierge in a luxury residential community located in Center City Philadelphia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in luxury residential operations, resident relations, property management, and hospitality while working in a professional, customer-focused environment.

Position Summary

As a Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. You will help create a welcoming, secure, and well-managed environment by providing exceptional customer service, monitoring building access, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys building positive relationships while working in a fast-paced residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude.
  • Monitor building access and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist residents with questions, requests, and service coordination.
  • Manage package deliveries, visitor logs, and building communications.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and property management as needed.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional concierge/front desk area.
  • Accurately document resident concerns, incidents, and shift activity.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism that reflects AR Building Services' commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate or current graduate student preferred.
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Real Estate, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining attentive and proactive.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, customer service, residential communities, or property management is a plus.

Schedule

Full-Time Position

Monday through Friday

4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Some flexibility to work holidays if needed
