Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our growing organization. In this role, you will help us leverage data to improve member care outcomes, streamline operations, and support strategic decision-making across our locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to member enrollment, attendance, care outcomes, and program performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and operations teams
- Identify trends and patterns to support staffing, programming, and resource planning
- Collaborate with center directors and clinical staff to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in healthcare or senior care settings is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
